| Pregnancy - The Inner Journey | Is a workshop for pregnant women, midwives and doulas. This workshop is a preparation for childbirth and enables the participant to venture deeply into their beliefs, unlocking any restrictive attitudes that could influence their birth experience or how they care for women giving birth. "The best preparation for birth is a conscious pregnancy, spending time contemplating and updating your inner beliefs and attitudes, and connecting with your baby inside you, hearing the voices feeling the feelings, seeing the visions all the while developing your natural mothering essence." |
